Registration Rules

– By completing the enrolment, the candidates declare to accept the Terms and Conditions of the service.

– The enrolment will be finalised only after paying the participation fee. Your place will not be secured until the end of the registration process.

– English is the official language of the Summer School; all the activities will be held in English.

– The admission is limited to a maximum of 60 participants.

– Reuse Italy reserves the right to modify the schedule, the program, and the guests at any time if necessary or in case of unpredictable circumstances.

– Participants who come from extra-EU countries must verify their visa conditions before completing the registration.

– Upon request, the organization can issue a certificate proving that participants are traveling to Florence to attend the Summer School.

– Reuse Italy declines all responsibility for missing communications resulting from incorrect information provided by the candidate/participant.

– In case of false statements made by the candidate/participant regarding the required information for eligibility, the registration fee will not be refunded.

– Participants renounce taking any legal action against Reuse Italy and Save the Heritage s.r.l. Società Benefit, about this event.

– Official news and information about the Summer School will only be sent by email. No information will be released through the social networks, and questions asked through them will not be answered.

– The intellectual property of the projects created by the participants during the Summer School and exhibited at the final exhibition is entirely of the creators. Reuse Italy reserves the right to publish the designs at its own discretion regarding format, size, and layout. Participants can promote their projects by informing Reuse Italy in advance. Participants can promote their projects by notifying Reuse Italy ahead of time.

– The enrolled participants have the right to renounce participation within 15 days from the payment of the fee; in case of renunciation after this date, the fee already paid will not be refunded. The renounce can be requested via email at support@reuseitaly.com.

– After June 15th, 2026, no refund will be possible under any circumstances due to organizational reasons.
